Terms of Service

All orders received after 12:00 PM EST will go into production the next working day. Contact us for rush orders. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Setup Charges

If your file is print ready (camera ready) there will be no setup charge. If any resizing, pasting, editing, etc. needs to be done to make it print ready, there will be a charge based on a rate of $75.00 per hour (min. of $17.50).

Word of Warning

Low-resolution images don’t print well! Images taken off the Internet, particularly 72 dpi images look jagged and fuzzy when printed. To avoid this we recommend that your images be at least 300dpi (dots per inch). 

Reprints

Jiffi Print, Inc., jiffiprint.com, Accent Graphics and moversforms.com will only grant reprints if the printing was our error. We WILL NOT reprint low resolution and/or bad files or any error on the customer files.

Time Guarantee

Jiffi Print, Inc., jiffiprint.com, Accent Graphics and moversforms.com are not liable for any orders that do not arrive on a customer timeline. It is up to you to choose the shipping method that best meets your timeline.  We will not be liable or be held responsible if a customer timeline is not met. We will not refund any order that does not meet a customer's deadline.

Shipping Policy

Your order will be sent via UPS standard or Ground Service (unless you choose otherwise). UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Most orders will be received the next day to many Florida locations. Nationwide, it will typically take 2-5 days from the shipping date to arrive. Contact us for rush orders.

Shipping costs for Jiffi Print, Inc., jiffiprint.com, Accent Graphics and moversforms.com will depend on the method and option that you choose.

Please note that all shipping rates for items that we sell are weight-based. Jiffi Print, Inc., jiffiprint.com, Accent Graphics and moversforms.com are not responsible for any shipping delays after the product leaves our plants and are not required to provide any refund due to shipping delays.

Fast Turnaround

At Jiffi Print, Inc., jiffiprint.com, Accent Graphics and moversforms.com, we offer fast turnaround and low pricing by printing to a standard using standard ink densities. Although we promise to do our best, we cannot guarantee that your finished piece will look exactly like your printed sample from your home Printer or any other printer or sample you may have. We will do everything possible to make sure that your printed material will be of the highest quality.

We print to some of the highest standards in the industry, and have built our business up through repeat business and word of mouth advertising. We place customer satisfaction at a premium and to ensure your complete satisfaction we ask that you consider these factors before placing your order:

Customer Disks & Supplied Digital Information

All prices and quotes provided by Jiffi Print, Inc., jiffiprint.com, Accent Graphics and moversforms.com assume the customer provides properly prepared files following our guidelines. The customer accepts all responsibility for supplied files that fail to output properly, contains errors or provide an unacceptable result. We will make every effort to discover problems in the disk pre-flight stage but accept no responsibilities for errors not deleted. Jiffi Print, Inc., jiffiprint.com, Accent Graphics and moversforms.com strive to provide the best quality possible. Low-resolution images don’t print well! Internet images most often will look jagged and blurry. To avoid this we recommend that your images be 300 dpi or higher.

Indemnification

The customer affirms ownership of publication rights to all artwork, photos and other material submitted for printing and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Jiffi Print, Inc., jiffiprint.com, Accent Graphics and moversforms.com from any and all loss, cost, expense and damages on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, action and proceeding that may be instituted against Jiffi Print, Inc., jiffiprint.com, Accent Graphics and moversforms.com on grounds that said printing violates any copyright or any proprietary right of any person, or that it contains any material that is libelous or scandalous, or invades any persons right to privacy or other personal right. The customer agrees to, at the customer’s own expense, promptly defend and continue the defense of such claim, demand, action or proceeding, that may be brought against Jiffi Print, Inc., jiffiprint.com, Accent Graphics and moversforms.com provided that Jiffi Print, Inc., jiffiprint.com, Accent Graphics or moversforms.com shall notify the customer with respect thereto.

We reserve the right to refuse any customer. Prices may vary without notice. This terms and policy agreement applies to all Jiffi Print, Inc., jiffiprint.com, Accent Graphics and moversforms.com orders.

Privacy Notice 

When you provide us with personal or company information by completing a form which you submit through our website, we will use that information only to respond to your questions or to process your order. No information is shared with other companies unless we are required by law to do so. No information gathered is used to create individual profiles. Jiffi Print, Inc. does not collect information for commercial marketing, nor do we sell your information to private companies.
